Lanier Christian Academy was founded by a group of families in North Georgia who shared a conviction: that excellent academics and a vibrant Christian faith belong together — every day, in every classroom.
1998 — Beginnings
LCA opened its doors with a handful of students and a few committed teachers, meeting in borrowed church space. The vision was simple: partner with parents to disciple the next generation.
2005 — A Permanent Home
After years of growth, LCA established its current campus in Flowery Branch — a place where students from across the region could grow in mind, body, and spirit.
2012 — Full K-12 Accreditation
LCA earned full accreditation from leading Christian school associations, marking the school's commitment to academic excellence alongside spiritual formation.
Today
Hundreds of students walk through our halls each year, taught by faculty who view their work as a calling. Our alumni serve God across the country and around the world — in business, ministry, the arts, education, medicine, and beyond.
